Lokution (German)
In linguistics, "Lokution" also refers to the 'part of the speech act that describes the production of meaningful sounds and characters of the speech act in a grammatically correct structure and enables reference to the extra-linguistic world'. "Redewendung" and "Redensart" are not used as synonyms for this meaning. The linguistic synonym used more often than "Lokuation" in this case is "Idiom".
